Since its construction in 1922, our largest space is a beautiful, traditional setting for a wedding reception, gala or large corporate affair.  Rental includes the use of the Washington Room, Madison Room & Patio.

Located near the main entrance, this room is suitable for small receptions, lunches, meetings or dinner.

Located across from our Main Ballroom, this versatile space can be transformed for any function -- seated dinner, cocktail reception, afternoon tea, or meetings.

Madison Room | 1st Floor 30' x 38' Seated Dinner: 80 Cocktail Reception: 100

Located in the oldest part of the building off the original lobby, the Board Room table can accommodate up to 16 people for meetings. This room is best suited to cold plates like sandwiches or light refreshments with coffee and beverage service, and is ideal for presentations, board meetings and the like.

The handsome bar and comfortably decorated surrounding rooms create a unique relaxed atmosphere conducive to conversation with good company. Guests marvel at Elder's "Battle of the Crater" or wander onto the patio to enjoy the weather. The Blue Bar is open for our members and services the dining room.

At the top of the graceful, curving stairway, this versatile room accommodates any number of configurations from a hollow rectangle for Board meetings to multiple rounds for a celebration lunch or dinner.

Jefferson Room | 2nd Floor 35’ x 34' Seated Dinner: 80 Cocktail Reception: 80

The Stuart Room is a warm, intimate private dining room suitable for groups of up to ten. Guests may order from the menu or have it arranged in advance as best suits the occasion.

Stuart Room | 2nd Floor 18' x 10' Seated Dinner: 10

The Jackson Room is a cozy private dining room that opens onto the upstairs porch. Guests have long enjoyed and remarked upon the “library” wallpaper and often search the titles for hidden messages.

The “upstairs ballroom” is a large, multi-purpose room on the third floor. The pre-function area outside the room is perfect for a bar, and the room itself can be partitioned into as many as three smaller rooms.

Commonwealth Room | 3rd Floor 60' x 28' Seated Dinner: 130 Cocktail Reception: 150 (without entertainment)

The North and South Rooms are small private dining rooms in the Grill. You get the same friendly service and access to the Grill buffet, and the seclusion to pursue private discussions or conduct business.
